Founded in 2004, the Landmark group comprises of three fully integrated companies, who work together effectively by providing complementary skills, know-how and experience in order to achieve exceptional results and maximum returns for our clients.
LANDMARK VENTURES
Landmark Ventures is the parent company of the Landmark group and leads all projects, supervises acquisitions, negotiates contracts and ensures successful completion of all projects undertaken. The company also provides the corporate vehicles for arranging any venture funding that may be required, and also undertakes all administration and marketing for the group.
Services provided by Landmark Ventures and its associates include: conducting daily searches, tracking auction sales, obtaining information on probate properties and utilising links with local estate agents to enable all potential opportunities to be explored. Once viable projects are identified, we source funding, or part-fund along with venture partners; ensuring schemes are adequately financed from acquisition, through development to sale or rental.
A highly developed network of key resources includes associations with leading financial institutions, access to venture capital funds, property lawyers, in-house design and construction expertise, sales and marketing specialists, enables us to undertake the most challenging of projects whilst achieving excellent returns.
LANDMARK CONTRACTS
Landmark Contracts is a project management and construction consultancy with the role of initiating, planning and managing residential refurbishments, residential new builds and commercial development projects. We bring a direct, proactive, hands-on and cost effective approach to management, whilst providing step-by-step guidance from project conception through to completion. Collaborating with Landmark Concepts enables us to provide a full turnkey design and build service; our experience, know-how and expertise in all aspects of construction and interior fit-outs ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time and within budget.
Services provided by Landmark Contracts and associates include: conducting feasibility studies and providing detailed costs, project programming and planning, obtaining local authority planning consents and warrants, appointing and supervising professional consultants, preparation of health and safety documentation and risk assessments, construction and contract project management, on-site supervision, product and material procurement, appointing and managing outsourced specialist trades and subcontractors, preparation of final accounts and handover inductions.
Landmark Contracts is committed to making all our building projects energy efficient and fully SAP compliant (Standard Assessment Procedure – energy performance rating calculations), and uses the latest construction techniques and materials in this pursuit. We ensure that we always adhere to the highest standards of health and safety.
LANDMARK CONCEPTS
Landmark Concepts is a multi-disciplined design consultancy, which provides residential and commercial architectural and interior design, space planning and procurement services. The consultancy and its associates provide unique, stylish and highly creative design solutions for projects that the Landmark group undertakes in addition to also undertaking private commissions.
Services provided by Landmark Concepts and associates include: architectural and interior design, space planning, landscape design, structural engineering, party wall surveying, procurement services, project and contract management and full site supervision. As part of the Landmark group, we work together to achieve the highest standards of design and build. Our philosophy is to embrace new methods and technologies. We uphold the best in traditional construction methods, and this coupled with a tailored hands-on approach, knowledge, enthusiasm and commitment, ensures outstanding results.
